RNA and protein super-resolved imaging using fluorescent light-up aptamers

RNA and DNA aptamers bind their targets e.g. small molecules or proteins with high affinity and specificity. Fluorescent light-up aptamers (FLAP) can be applied with fluorogenic dyes allowing advanced fluorescence microscopy.
